How to use:

Open your photo ( Recommended size 1500 pixels), photo must be locked “Background” layer, run action – done! You will receive final effect with all layers that you can adjust.

Tips:

• Duplicate layers to make snow more intensive! Or less by dropping Opacity.
• Combine snow effects together!
• Use Filter – Sharpen – Unsharp mask to make snow more sharpen
• Use Filter – Blur – (Blur of your choice) to add more motion & blur effects
