“Souping” film is a process in traditional film photography where the artist submerges a film canister entirely in their chosen ingredients (tea, juice, cleaning chemicals, lemon juice with herbs and flowers, etc), lets it soak, cleans and dries the film slowly and then proceeds to capture their images or develop the film. Doing this creates unique effects with color, shape & form, and additional unexpected artifacts or blemishes. The overall affect is similar to that of lens flares or bokeh but much more intense and eclectic.
The process of making film soup is labor intensive, time consuming, and only works with traditional film. This Image Pack is designed to allow digital photographers to add professional and realistic “film soup” aesthetics to their photographs to create beautiful unique new images.
This Hand Drawn Pack contains 20 Unique JPG Images at 5000 x 6500 px (16.6″ x 21.6″ at 300 DPI) and is compatible with any programs that have an open multi-layer system such as Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, Paint Shop Pro, PicMonkey Photo Editor, etc.
Please note that overlays are not compatible with lightroom or phone based apps.
